I want to increase the visibility of certain alarms by sending them to a pager or email
If you have field operators or situations where operators may not be sitting in front of the console when an alarm activates, you may want some way to escalate or annunciate an alarm outside of the control room. Some solutions include sending the alarm message to an email address or to a pager. Field operators equipped with PDAs or pagers, or supervisors in an office down the hall can then be aware of alarm activity.
The LogMateAMS Signal module is equipped to forward any alarm or
event collected by LogMate to a single or a bank of pagers or email
addresses. Configuration is straightforward and annunciation happens
immediately.
