Important Information Regarding the PROdirect™ and PROfusion™ Product RetirementPROdirect and PROfusion have been placed on the TiPS Product Retirement Schedule. The retirement schedule has been arranged to be sensitive to the critical nature of the PROdirect product and the investments made in a control system utilizing PROdirect. Effective February 1, 2008 PROdirect and PROfusion will be available for purchase until midnight December 31, 2008. No product enhancements are scheduled during this period. PROdirect and PROfusion will not be qualified on additional versions of the Windows operating system. ESS contracts on PROdirect and PROfusion may be purchased and/or renewed to continue support until midnight, December 31, 2009. Effective Midnight September 30, 2008 PROdirect and PROfusion will be removed from the TiPS product list and will no longer be available for quotation. Existing quotes will be honored until their expiration date. ESS contracts on PROdirect and PROfusion may be purchased and/or renewed to continue support until midnight, December 31, 2009. Effective Midnight December 31, 2008 PROdirect and PROfusion will be removed from distribution, and will no longer be available for shipment. ESS contracts and extensions will no longer be offered for existing users. Effective Midnight December 31, 2009 PROdirect and PROfusion support will cease.
