Operator Awareness Roadshow seminars include a full day of valuable information about improving an operator's ability to anticipate and react to the dynamics of a plant. The industry's best solution providers share their insight into what it takes to empower operators to effectively manage and minimize upsets to reduce unplanned outages and lost production.

Great! But what the heck is operator awareness?!

Operator Awareness describes an operator's ability to perceive the condition of a plant and clearly identify their immediate role in the performance of the plant. Operator Awareness enables operators to improve the performance of a plant by intervening PRIOR to an alarm, or by understanding exactly what to do in response to an alarm.

Operator Awareness concentrates more process time into Normal and Target ranges, which translates to numerous business benefits, such as reduced energy consumption, larger quantities of in-spec product, better utilization of raw materials, and reduced equipment wear.
